Karen

Marketing & Admin

Partner to Richard in business and in real life, Karen runs the marketing and admin for the agency behind the scenes — but her real qualification is having lived it. Having built 3 houses and moved 24 times, there isn’t much about buying, selling or renovating a home that catches her off guard. That experience shapes everything she writes and markets.

Rob & Rhona

Photography Team

Our photography team includes creative freelance duo — and real-life couple — Rob and Rhona.

Rob is an exceptional photographer and videographer, and a highly adept drone pilot. He’s been in the property industry for over a decade, so knows well the angles, lighting and equipment that will work best to showcase your home.

Rhona writes our descriptions, drawing on 15+ years’ experience in estate agency. She has a deep understanding of what buyers are looking for, and crafts descriptions that bring your home and its location to life.

Both are local residents, living just down the road from us.

Cherie

Sales Progressor

With a background in estate agency as a Sales Negotiator, Cherie understands exactly what it takes to keep a transaction moving from offer agreed through to completion.

As a mum to two young children, she’s an expert at juggling priorities, bringing a calm, organised and proactive approach to every file she handles.

Cherie loves building genuine relationships with buyers and sellers, keeping everyone informed and reassured throughout the process. Her focus is always on keeping momentum, overcoming obstacles, and doing everything she can to get transactions exchanged and completed as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Her dedication, communication and commitment to exceptional client care make her a huge asset to both our team and the agents we support.

Viewing Specialist

With a background spanning sales and the building trade, plus several house renovations of her own, Crystal brings a practical, hands-on eye to every viewing.

As a working mum of two, she knows what families need from a home — and can spot a property’s real potential at a glance.

Meet Elsie, our resident good girl. She doesn’t do paperwork and she’s not much help with valuations, but she’s excellent company, a great listener, and the friendliest face you’ll find in the office.
